



The annual Chesapeake Bay Artists & Artisan Art Show & Auction is our primary fund-raising activity each year. It features food, fun, and fantastic artwork for sale. Volunteers make this fund-raiser a successful yearly event and you can too. Greeters, artwork runners, registration hosts and set up crews are needed for this event.
“Thursdays in the Park” our annual free summer concert series takes place two Thursdays per month from June to August. People are needed to greet the band and offer them assistance. We also need two or more people to set up and work at our information table during the concert performance.
On the first Saturday of December we turn the Arts Council building and St. Paul’s Church into a shoppers’ paradise with “Heck With the Malls!” our annual artist and artisans’ fair. Downtown businesses join us by offering specials and refreshments to shoppers making this a town-wide event. If you are interested in helping with set-up, assisting artists, selling snacks or working with the clean-up crew, let us know.
Approximately 6 times per year we generate large public mailings for our class schedules, membership, fund-raisers and events. If you prefer to work in an Office atmosphere, helping us with our mailings would be a good fit for you.
